1. Receiving Notifications
There are three ways your staff can stay alerted:
Sound Alerts
Loud, distinct rings for every new order.
Push Notifications
On your phone or tablet screens.
Visual Flash
The dashboard flashes to catch attention.
2. The Order Lifecycle
Pending
New orders appear in the "Today's Orders" section. Review them immediately.
Processing
Once the kitchen starts preparing, update the status so the customer can see the progress.
Completed / Served
Mark as completed when the food is on the table. This helps in accurate analytics.
3. Customizing Staff Access
You can invite multiple staff members to the dashboard with limited permissions:
- Manager: Full access to menu and analytics.
- Waitstaff: Can view and update order statuses.
- Kitchen: View-only access to incoming items.
