2. Service Description
Reztro provides a comprehensive QR code ordering platform for restaurants and cafes, including:
- Digital menu management system
- QR code generation for table ordering
- Progressive Web Application (PWA) for guests
- Mobile applications for customers and restaurant staff
- Customer loyalty rewards program
- Order management and analytics dashboard
3. Subscription and Payment
Reztro offers subscription-based pricing:
- Monthly plan at ₹699 per month
- Yearly plan at ₹6,999 per year (16% savings)
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
4. User Responsibilities
As a restaurant/cafe owner using Reztro, you agree to:
- Provide accurate menu information and pricing
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
- Not use the service for any unlawful purposes
- Ensure your menu items comply with food safety standards
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and software associated with Reztro are the property of Reztro and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without explicit permission.
6. Data and Privacy
We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Reztro, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
7. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Reztro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
10. Changes to Terms
