What are Reztro Coins?
Reztro Coins are a digital currency used within your restaurant. Every time a regular customer orders through the Reztro app, they earn coins that can be redeemed for discounts or free items later.
1. Configuring Coin Earning
Decide how generous you want to be. The industry standard is typically 1 coin for every ₹10 spent.
Dashboard Settings:
- Earning Rate: Set coins per rupee.
- Welcome Bonus: Give new users 50 coins to start.
- Minimum Spend: Set a threshold to earn coins.
2. Redemption Rules
Make it exciting for customers to save and spend their coins:
Flat Discounts
e.g. 100 Coins = ₹10 off on the bill.
Item Freebies
e.g. 500 Coins = Free Signature Dessert.
3. Promoting the Program
A loyalty program only works if people know about it!
Marketing Checklist:
- ✓ Mention the coins on your physical printed menus.
- ✓ Ask staff to tell customers about the "Welcome Bonus".
- ✓ Run "Double Coin" weekends for slow periods.
